хмм...есть вопрос! А в чем отличие или в чем разница между topaz gigapixel ai и этим topaz photo ai ??? Вроде же выполняют одну и ту же функцию, более того один и тот же производитель. В чем загвоздка???

  TPAI объединяет в себя Gigapixel, DeNoise, Sharpener. Постоянно обновляется, имеет более продвинутые функции. Единственный жирный минус (для меня) - не делает апскейл в Фотошопе. Gigapixel достаточно давно не обновляется.

    The up-scaling issue of not being able to do so within Photoshop is truly minor. Most people know before opening an image in PS if they plan to upscale or not. So simply using Topaz Photo AI as a standalone program first solves that problem. Additionally, if necessary, having both programs up and running at the same time also makes this easy to accomplish. Personally, I run every image I intend on using (100s per week) through TPAI standalone. Not all need an upscale, but most need at least a little improvement.

        Hmm, where do you see more than two (2) languages (English & Russian) used here? You can ask me to translate all you want. The answer is "No thanks"! I've been posting on this site in English for years. Translating most languages nowadays couldn't be easier. Most popular browser have a simple tool for this.       Если бы меня интересовала пакетная обработка, то TPAI – хороший выбор. А я обрабатываю много старых фото с ретушью, поэтому в шопе мне он не удобен, Gigapixel вполне хорош. Проще и быстрее пользовать онлайн-апскейл ESRGAN, быстрее и задействуется их видеокарта. PhotoAI работает не быстрее, результат по лицам не лучше.

        We all have different methods and opinions and nothing I posted above was meant to negate anything you've offered. I just provided a different point of view and my reasoning behind it. I don't batch process any images unless they are of the same subject with same lighting, etc., etc. ESRGAN is an interesting choice but it's doubtful many people are going to experiment with it.
        
        The speed of which Photo AI works largely depends on the users equipment. The same can be said regarding the quality of faces.

        А почему TPAI мылит часть изображения вокруг лиц и головы при корректной маске? Тогда как изображение пропущенное через интернет-сайт вполне корректно сделано и на автомате. Проблема известная и описана на их же форуме. Ребятам есть над чем работать.

  The nice thing about having a portable version available, you can easily try it. If you don't like the results, simply delete the folder containing the portable.
